Erik R. Lundh has more than 21 years of experience in the life sciences industry and executive search. Erik is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Park Square Executive Search LLC. His proficiency in advising clients stems from his own experience in both scientific and executive-level commercial functions within the industry. Prior to co-founding Park Square, Erik was Managing Director, Life Sciences at J. Robert Scott, a global retained executive search firm. Previously, Erik was the Managing Partner of Heidrick & Struggles’ Biotechnology Practice and Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s San Francisco office.
Before entering the search profession, Erik worked for several life sciences companies in roles spanning corporate strategy, business development, sales, marketing, and operations. He currently serves on the Board of SentiSearch, Inc. Erik holds a B.S. in biological sciences from Santa Clara University.
